Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am at the way the bathroom turned out. It really looks amazing. I’m very in love with the main floor and wall tile and it ties in so well with the porcelain slabs. We did a really good job with the tiles.

I recently used Lux interiors for a bathroom renovation. Kerrie was very patient and helpful with the selection of tiles and colours, I found this challenging so really appreciated her assistance.

Lux’s professionalism was first class, the trades at our house were polite, respectful, tidy and very easy to have around.
When issues came up (as they always do with renovations- especially in older houses), the project manager worked them through with me until we found a resolution that we were both happy with, which I really appreciated.

We recently had our bathroom completely renovated by the team at Lux Interiors. Starting point was a visit from Kyle who made recommendations of bathroom layout. During this time he was very patient during discussions, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. Once we received our plan we headed into the office, conveniently located in Balcatta, with plenty of parking available. We were greeted by Kerrie who, like Kyle, at no time made us feel that we were taking too much time. She listened to the style we were wanting and calmly lead us through the choices and colours of product that would achieve this. She had great knowledge of what was available, and her suggestions were valuable input.
After this step, Kerrie created the 3D design which was to our liking we arranged for the project to take place while we were on holiday. The project was superbly managed by Andrew, a great guy who kept us posted with progress via the Buildertrend app and by phone, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. All consideration was given to protecting flooring and keeping the house dust free.The finished product is testament to the quality tradies that they use, and to the care of Kyle, Kerrie and Andrew. We could not be more pleased with the end result and we would not hesitate to recommend these guys. In fact, we are already talking with them about the renovation of our kitchen.
We were very happy with the process, started on time finished on time , the whole calendar schedule was tracked by way of App on our phones, therefore knew what to expect without any surprises.

Best remodel I’ve ever done. Kyle and the team are really organised, neat and tidy, and the workmanship is such high quality. I loved getting the Project Plan so I could see what was happening on each day. Can’t recommend them enough! Now I want them to do my other bathroom!

Kerrie’s design experience and inspiration was invaluable and enabled our goal of a minimalist and functional bathroom to be achieved. Andrew as the project manager and builder was very thorough and their team of trades very professional and friendly. Their communication was excellent and prompt. Once the budget was agreed on the quote was well itemised and any extra work was predicted, so no surprises. Knowing there is a 10 year warranty on their workmanship is very reassuring and a reflection of their skill and dedication. We have a stunning bathroom and very thankful for the teams creation.
Wow is all I can say! From the moment Kyle came and consulted in our house, to Kerrie helping with our design and fittings and Andrew managing the job – we are so incredibly happy with the process and the outcome of our renovations. Lux was the only company that quoted on the jobs at my house that filled me with confidence and made me feel like our house was in safe hands. Their attention to detail and customer service is second to none. I was so happy with my ensuite that I ended up renovating my alfresco area, as well as installing a massive velux in my kitchen and a servery area from my kitchen to the alfresco. I still have more improvements to do, and I will be engaging Lux for sure!
Couldn’t recommend highly enough, very professional team with fantastic attention to detail. Everything from the first meeting onsite with Kyle, throwing around ideas to dealing with Kerrie on all aspects of the final design to the minimal details, she thinks of everything. The actual project itself was handled with great respect for our home by Andrew and his team. Nothing was too much trouble, so easy to deal with and they took great care to keep the mess to a minimum (given we were doing 2 rooms at the same time at opposite ends of the house that was no mean feat). Andrew’s attention to detail ensured that the end result was delivered on time and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the very first meeting with Kyle, we were confident he knew exactly what we required and put our minds at ease that the plumbing problems others had predicted, could easily be solved.
Our next contact with Lux Interiors was with Kerrie, Lux’s Interior Designer and again, we were impressed with the professionalism and desire to provide us with a quality renovation. Kerrie listened to us and set about to source items and fittings we requested, eventually providing us with an amazing 3D image of the “finished” rooms. We were provided with the Buildertrend App which kept us informed of the schedule of works, the tradespeople attending and any other relevant information.
Andrew our Site Foreman, kept us informed every step of the way and was readily accessible should we have any queries. Our floors were well protected and at the end of each day’s work, the workspace was cleared and cleaned. Each tradesperson was professional, polite and willing to discuss his work. Any minor problem was quickly remedied.
We were promised “Go to Wow” in four weeks and Lux Interiors delivered!

I knew we had the right team from the onset as they laid down the special covering over our jarrah floorboards to gain access to bathroom…everything done to a day by day schedule, which was done with just some relatively minor inconvenience to our daily lifestyle! Plus stayed within our budget guidelines. Highly Recommended to anyone who wishes a new bathroom or home renos!

Lux Interiors recently undertook the total renovation of my bathroom.
From the very beginning Lux Interiors never failed to impress.
The quotation and subsequent contract was detailed and transparent in every respect. The communication with myself on the steps in the renovation process was clear and regular.
The numerous tradesmen involved in the project, organised through Lux Interiors, were professional, always pleasant and always on time. At each stage of the process Andrew Daly supervised the work.
At all times the work area was kept clean and rubbish free and a low noise level always maintained. At one point in the project, I was just amazed to see the Tilers finish their work and the Plumber arrive for his part. When the Plumber completed his part for that day, the Painters arrived. It was like a well oiled machine.
The completed project was beyond expectations.
I was so delighted with the work that I re-booked Lux to put French doors in my front room. I did this confidently knowing the work would be to an outstanding standard as with the bathroom.
Lux did not fail, once again the project was undertaken with the upmost professionalism, the Tradesmen were very professional and always on time. This precision-like machine at work again!
