With over 23 years in the construction and architectural renovation industry, he brings deep technical knowledge and an instinct for bridging the gap between design dreams and buildable, beautifully resolved realities. Known for being approachable, honest, and relentlessly solutions-focused, Andrew makes even the most complex projects feel achievable. From big-picture vision to on-the-ground problem-solving, he ensures every client feels supported, informed, and confident as their home takes shape.
Kyle McGregor
Director
Meet Kyle, co-founder and Managing Director of Lux Interiors – the man with a plan, a keen eye for detail, and the one responsible for keeping the team caffeinated. With over two decades in the building and design world, Kyle combines deep knowledge of every trade with a passion for problem-solving, quality control, and design innovation. A visionary at heart, he’s always looking two to three years ahead, constantly evolving, understanding what clients want, and developing the Lux Interiors brand around it. With Kyle at the helm, every project runs smoothly, creatively, and to the highest standard, turning ambitious ideas into beautifully executed spaces.
Melanie Bond
Operations Manager
Melanie is Lux Interiors’ Operations Manager, bringing a solutions-driven approach and a wealth of experience across luxury residential renovation. From office management and procurement to estimating and full-scale operations, she ensures every department runs seamlessly, elevating both team efficiency and the client experience. Melanie built seven years of experience in the signage industry, managing high-pressure sales and large-scale projects, honing her ability to deliver results under demanding conditions. Originally from New Zealand, she combines ambition, attention to detail, and a relentless focus on continual improvement, making her the driving force that keeps every project running smoothly and the Lux Interiors team performing at its best.

From Ireland to the UK and across to Australia, Alannah has spent seven years honing her expertise in residential, commercial, and hospitality design, bringing a truly global perspective to Lux Interiors. Fuelled by matcha and her competitive spirit, she channels that drive into every project, making sure her clients get the best possible result. She is passionate about getting to know her clients, understanding their needs and aspirations, and curating interiors that genuinely reflect who they are. Blending creativity with technical skill, her strength lies in thoughtful design concepts and producing realistic 3D renders that allow clients to clearly envision their future spaces. With a sharp eye for detail and a truly global perspective, Alannah ensures every project is both beautifully considered and flawlessly executed.

With a foundation in cabinet making and a background in industrial design, Kip brings a rare blend of craftsmanship, technical expertise, and creative vision to the Lux Interiors team. Beginning his career in the workshop crafting custom cabinetry and furniture, he developed a deep appreciation for detail, materials, and the way great design can shape how people live. As one of Lux Interiors’ Project Managers, Luke Abraham brings two decades of residential construction experience across Western Australia and New South Wales to the team. Qualified as both a carpenter and Registered Building Practitioner, Luke combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership and a calm, solutions-focused approach. He manages projects from planning through to completion, coordinating trades, budgets, and timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The numbers-man at Lux Interiors, Bryce brings over 28 years of construction and quantity surveying experience to the team. From boutique residential builds to high-end apartments and bespoke design-and-build projects, he combines deep technical knowledge with practical problem-solving to keep every project running smoothly and on budget. A natural collaborator, Bryce works closely with clients, designers, site managers, and trades, ensuring each renovation is delivered to the highest standard. Originally from New Zealand, he pairs his precision with a passion for delivering exceptional results, making him an indispensable part of every Lux Interiors project.

Anja is Lux Interiors’ Accounts and HR Manager, bringing a blend of financial expertise and people-focused insight to the team. Originally from Rijeka, Croatia, she completed a bachelor’s in economics before moving to Perth to specialise in Human Resources. With over a decade at Lux Interiors, Anja ensures the company runs smoothly behind the scenes – managing finances with precision, maintaining seamless cash flow, and championing fair and timely payments to trades and suppliers. Her work keeps projects on track and the team supported, making her an integral part of every successful project.

Our Story
Born from a shared vision to bridge the gap between design and construction, Lux Interiors began in 2010. Founders Andrew Daly and Kyle McGregor, two young carpenters from New Zealand, fell in love with Western Australia and saw an opportunity to create a luxury renovation experience that prioritised design excellence and seamless delivery. With hands-on experience across all facets of construction, the duo set out to offer clients a process that was as enjoyable as it was meticulous.
Over the years, Lux Interiors has evolved from a niche bathroom renovation business into a full-service interior design and renovation studio, guided by a team-driven culture built on accountability, creativity, and giving team members the confidence to showcase their craft. The move into a dedicated showroom in 2020 marked a new chapter, giving clients the chance to experience the Lux Interiors ethos firsthand. Today, the company continues to grow while keeping client experience, exceptional quality, and unmatched outcomes at the heart of everything it does.
