This ensuite design is brimming with creativity. The bright, open space bathes in natural light featuring a creative contemporary design with a flow of curvature throughout the layout that is complimented in the fixtures. The custom curved nib wall and bulkhead are both key components to this rooms winning design features.

INNALOO KITCHEN

WINNER: Renovated Kitchen up to $35,000

A symmetrical visually harmonising aesthetic with lots of hidden storage makes for a winner. The perfectly placed Velux window above the sink allows masses of light to filter through into the room. This bold, monochromatic kitchen design won the renovated kitchen price category up to $35,000.

The city views aren’t the only breathtaking thing to look at in these stunningly designed spaces. This luxurious penthouse showcases a high level of workmanship, quality hardware and materials. Glamorous, marble porcelain panels flow throughout both rooms creating open, opulent spaces. Our outdoor kitchen took out the overall category winner whilst the ensuite received a finalist in the Renovated Bathroom $45,001 & over category as well as the Bathroom Design category.

DAGLISH LAUNDRY & BATHROOM

WINNER: Renovated Laundry

FINALIST: Renovated Bathroom $20,001 to $30,000

Taking out the overall renovated laundry category was our Daglish laundry. This cleverly designed laundry utilizes all pockets of wasted space as best as possible. A key design feature, making this space truly unique is the split-level overhead cabinets. Continuing into the bathroom the timber tones and charcoal greys contrast against crisp whites to create a sleek, modern space. Unique points of interest such as the custom mirrored cabinet and strip lighting gave this bathroom a place as a finalist in the Renovated Bathroom $20,001 to $30,000 category.
